Nutrition is just as important as the fitness program for your weight loss, and perhaps more important for your enjoyment. Our approach to nutrition is sure to be appetizing!

When you arrive at KoruCenter, your initial evaluation includes not only a clinical wellness test, but a dietary consultation as well to get you off to a great start. You’ll meet with one of our nutrition specialists to discuss your past eating habits and future goals.

As part of our Colorado fitness boot camp and weight loss center’s objective of ongoing support and creating lifestyle changes you can take home with you, you’ll receive one to two sessions with a nutrition specialist every week. Just think how great it will be to have your own nutrition expert to ask any food questions you’ve been pondering!

shutterstock_122126593The all-inclusive packages we offer include three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) plus a snack. Your meals will be specially prepared and delivered to you by our professional chefs. Each meal will reflect an equal combination of your personal food preferences with our program’s healthy, delicious nutritional regimen.

  • Meals are delivered in advance of meal time to ensure that you have everything you need, in the appropriate amounts at precise intervals.
  • The food portions reflect a precise ratio of fat, protein, and carbohydrates determined by our professionals as optimal for consistent weight loss. We are continually adjusting the portion sizes and macronutrient ratios of your meals throughout your stay to help you feel your best and melt away the pounds.
  • Our skilled chefs cook to your personal tastes without compromising the standards of health you must follow to achieve your goals. We’ll take into account your personal likes and dislikes as well as any food allergies when personalizing your menu.
  • Food is locally and regionally sourced to support small-scale farmers and ensure maximal nutritional content and freshness whenever possible.

The meal plan you’ll follow at our weight loss center is highly dependent upon the activity level we will decide on after your initial clinical tests. Like the other aspects of our program, your diet will dynamically shift based on the continual nutritional and clinical check-ups you’ll receive here.
