What to Pack
A basic packing list for your visit to Colorado.
Your visit to KoruCenter’s Colorado weight loss center will be centered on physical activity and hard work, so leave your professional work clothes and dress shoes at home and focus instead on basic workout gear that you’ll feel comfortable wearing during a variety of activities. Because your personalized weight loss without walls program will include indoor and outdoor activities with varying durations and intensities, it’s recommended that you bring clothing options that you can mix and match.
Additionally, please note that KoruCenter strives to create a culture and environment that’s comfortable and non-competitive; you don’t need to boast the most expensive yoga pants to get the most out of your daily workouts. Choose whatever workout gear you’ll feel most comfortable living in for the duration of your visit.
Here’s a basic packing list to get you started:
- Two pairs of athletic shoes
- Workout wear – pants, shorts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, undergarments, socks
- Bathing suit
- Personal music player and ear buds or headphones
- Casual clothes for off-site activities
If you’re visiting in winter months (October through May), you’ll also want to bring cold-weather gear, including:
- Parka or ski jacket
- Thermal undergarments (tops and bottoms)
- Thick, waterproof socks
- Hat and waterproof gloves
You’ll have access to onsite laundry facilities for the duration of your visit, so keep that in mind as you decide how much clothing to bring. Also, KoruCenter’s location in Colorado provides convenient access to a wide variety of stores, should you forget anything. Also, we highly suggest checking The Weather Channel in advance to help decide on your final packing list.
